RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Towel Collection

We know that you will love your new sandfree beach towels, however if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, any items (unused and unwashed) may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Return Instructions:

1. Contact us at hello@allude.com.au with your order details.
2. We will get back to you within 1 business day with exchange / return instructions.
3. As soon as your items are received back at our warehouse, we will automatically process the refund back to your original form of payment.  

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect in our product.
